7. Paid Services

Certain features may require payment. All fees are described on our pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Termination

In REF3R’s early stages, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. However, our long-term vision is to transition toward a censorship-resistant platform governed by decentralized community-led protocols. You may choose to delete your account at any time via your settings.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

REF3R is provided “as-is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, REF3R disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.
